Women Vs Women

It is told that women are the enemy of another women. They are themselves not helping each other, can't see each other success and there is jealousy. These are basically the excuse that man use to give for not to make themselves responsible for the discrimination and backwardness of women in society.
I am against this thinking but there is a question do we????
Are we really helping each other???
Are we supporting each other though, each other courage to speak out???
Do we stand by the side of women when there is conflict with other man regarding the right of women???
Women society should be strong enough, there should be unity among ourself, we need to respect each other and we can expect respect from others.
We need to be each other strength.
