Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I have a background in media/ communications and international development and love combining these passions in any way that I can. This lead me to various projects including film making with Cambodian garment workers, Indigenous Australians and Kichwan people from Amazonian Ecuador. I am particularly interested in the power of social/ participatory media to influence mainstream media agendas.

I have also worked with Oxfam's International Youth Partnerships program (http://oiyp.oxfam.org.au/) and am constantly inspired by the difference that one person can make.

I am always on the look out for new and interesting projects - please feel free to get in touch if you would like to collaborate! :)
