Power Over Nature

If human could create and recreate, if man could correct the work of nature, if man could alter the way he looks, may be no man will have a specific shape or look. Then may be we will be able right the wrongs in nature. Not all the work of nature is perfect, but they are beautiful depending on the way we look at everything. if we have the power to make every thing right, may be all we will have are perfect human beings with no defects or difficulty. Try to console the woman who is handed a doctor's verdict that there is no remedy to a child's ailment, then you would have proved to me that the head of a tortoise is a good anti dote to fear.

The power of knowledge and the quest to learn is a source of relief to most people who are burdened with disability or defect but the beauty in makind is teh power to create serenity in the midst of chaos, to build your mind in teh face of adversity to stand strong in teh time of trouble when all you see is yourself, yourself adn yourself adn no one else.

Her tears flow freely but is I were to join her in that we may not find solution to teh problem, I rested my arm on her and consloled her, to her it is difficult and the load is killing her, eating her deeply but teh chidl is lovely. He must live adn not exist, he must thrive and excel adn he will end the way others are ending in the community. He will be seven on the 30 of June, 2010 but he is still in his diapers but he is brilliant, intelligent and lively, you will not believe he is sick except you are told or asked to walk.

The Doctor's verdict is infuriating but there is the saying that where one man's knowledge ends is where another man's wisdom begins. The story of Eniola will exhume the wisdom of Experts in the area of Spinal Bifida because there is a major conviction and belief that women from all over the world who are here reporting through the eye of women will assist in wiping the tears of a young woman who lives a perpetually agonizing life because of her child who has been given a verdict of no solution over the power of nature.

We welcome comments, suggestion and advise as regards international organizations in developed world who can assist in managing the situation of this young boy. It just cannot continue this way.

Attached are some of the pictures of Enny, a child who must live and thrive conquering the negative work of nature.

Feel good

Maybe we can focus on the joy of the child? He is beautiful. There is so much in the "bigger picture" that we don't understand. Sometimes we have illnesses because of the lessons we have to learn. Many blessings on the child. He is love on a scooter. :)

dearest Olutosin,
I have done some research and there is a hospital in Ilesa that has specialists on staff in the area of spina bifida. I have listed the doctors' names below and their contact information. People with spina bifida may have physical challenges but good treatment can benefit them and some go on to lead productive lives. Some surgical care is available in a few tertiary centres in Nigeria although is very expensive. I recommend that you speak with sweet Enny's mother and make inquiries at the Wesley Guild Hospital (WGH) in Ilesa.

Please keep me posted as to what you discover. Much love,
Janice
