NO MORE DIETS
What I love about this website is the freedom to dicuss real issues effecting our communities around the world.
After 15 years of stressing about my weight and body image, I've finally stood up and said no more and if it wasn't for a book called " When women stop hating their bodies" I would never have found this website as I would be sitting looking through diet books, instead of learning the real power of women, What a waste of human life! I've read some truly inspirational articles & journal which have opened my eyes to the real issues effecting women throughout the world.

I am so happy for you. Women put to much 'weight' on their weight, where they disregard their emotional and physical health when they place themselves on diets. The true weight that we should care about is the heaviness of our heart, goals, and ideals. And the true diet we should be on is to get rid of bad energy and the negativity that can be a big part of our lives. It seems like you truly are confident with yourself and you should never deny yourself of indulgence due to being insecure.
