A Leap Of Faith
"In the end, we will conserve only what we love.
We will love only what we understand.
We will understand only what we have been taught."
Baba Dioum -- Senegalese Conservationist
I love quotes and thank you so much for presenting it here....
I have always been moved by inspiring quotes
So it all boils down to education.
I think it does, but I think we can also use the term 'education' in a non-formal sense, to include the values we are taught by our family, in our places of worship, etc....
"In every human heart there are a few passions that last a lifetime. They're with us from the moment we're born, and nothing can dilute their intensity." Rob Brezny
That is what education means to me personally. In my perspective it is not the degree but the learning , the knowlegde acquired that constitutes education. I have seen so many so called educated having an understanding of cavemen and some little reads with so much wisdom.
