Introducing myself and my journal
About Me:
I am a native of Sudan, currently living in the United States. I am a PhD candidate in Ohio University. My research interest includes the role of social institutions on peace building and conflict transformation, in Sudan in particular, and societies emerging from conflict in general. I just spent last year (2008) in Sudan and Kenya interviewing Sudanese and Sudanese refugees in Kenya about their use of radio as a tool for peace building.
