An evening with Jensen in Boulder Colorado

Greetings Dear Sisters.
We had a lovely fund raiser tonight In Boulder Colorado for Pulse Wire and World Pulse. Cynda Arsenault put together the Magnificent affair. Fabulous women came who are passionate about making our beautiful blue sphere a happier place to be. I have been following World Pulse since it's inception and was so inspired tonight by Jensen Larsen et al, that I am staying up way past my bedtime to join with each of you as a member of PulseWire .
I want to hear your stories and find the way to be truly helpful.
God Bless and Good night
E. Pamela Smith

Welcome to the PulseWire! Jensine is spectacular, isn't she? I met her at an event for angel investors in Portland a few years ago. In a room full of men in dark suits, Jensine shone like a beacon. I went up and introduced myself and have been at her side ever since. It's been an incredibly rich, powerful and joyous ride.

If you need help navigating the site, please let us know! There are so many fabulous women to connect with. Read. Connect. Be inspired. :-)

All my best,

Jennifer Ruwart, Chief Operating Officer, World Pulse
(Although I am part of the World Pulse team, the opinions I express on PulseWire are my own.)

Thank you for your response.
For some reason this post below is showing up in my response to you box. It was something I wrote when I first signed up the other night.
I really haven't had a chance to navigate the sight but I will soon.
So great to be joining you!
Much Love

The bitterness of loss and the sweetness of new life, the anguish and the laughter, I want to share with you my sisters, my daughters.

Cutest Babies!

Hi Jennifer,

I want to see your baby!
I have lots of pics, let me see if I can remember how to post them.
I have been around babies and children my entire life. I was a member of the Farm in Summertown Tennessee. I'm sure you have read "Spiritual Midwifery" by Ina May Gaskin. That was my community, my first three sons were born on the Farm and I was assisted by Ina May.
Later, I supported new moms and Babies through my business Wee Care. Now I get to be a grand mother and just play. I love it.
My new daughter is from Bali Indonesia. She married my son Ryan and they gave me my first Grand child, Angelina Jaslin. She is ADORABLE.
I'll see how it goes with the picture.

I told my friend Susan Yeng about Pulse Wire. She runs a non profit that works to prevent Human trafficking.
She loved the site and I believe she is a new member.
Jennifer, what is the heading to get to our ongoing postings and comments?

I'm on it!

Let's take care of business first!
If I understand what you are asking, you want to be in a feature called "MyVoice."

Click on MyVoice in the upper navigation bar at the top of this page. It's between About and Connect.

There are several options to choose from. Select the first option, "My Journal."

That will take you to your journal, which is the repository of all your posts.

On this page you should see a list of your journal entries (also called posts). Right now I see the title of your 1st journal entry called "An evening with Jensine in Boulder Colorado." You can click on that title to see your comments OR on the orange 11 comments to the right of the title.
Make sense?

The other way to access your posts is to click on MyVoice, which will you take you to your profile. From there you can click on MyJournal or my recent post. As you add content to the other programs, it will also show up on this page.

I hope this helped!

Now to the fun stuff. Babies! Angelina Jaslin. What a beautiful name. Is Jaslin Indonesian? What does it mean? Did you know you and Ila have an Indonesian connection!?

I can't post pictures of Jonah Hendrix DeCarlo here, so I'll post some on my journal. Visit me there!

Much love to the grandmother movement!

Hey! This just sparked an idea. I think we should have a grandmother's group on PulseWire. Would you interested in moderating it? We could pair you with another grandmother and call it Grandmother's Garden.

Grandma's Garden?

Thanks for the techno help! Pretty simple and very helpful.

When Ila was in Boulder, we had the fund raiser for Pulse Wire at my house. My daughter in law from Bali was invited but she is a little shy. When I found out Ila had lived in Ubud, Kadek's home town I called her. "Kadek, there is a lovely lady from Ubud here and she speaks Bali, won't you come over." Kadek was so excited she came right over. My daughter has been in America now since January of 2007. SHe has been so strong and positive, never complains. But I know it must be so hard for her to be so far from her culture. Ila began to talk with her in Bali and I began to cry. It was so sweet! I wish we could have spent more time with Ila...some day soon.

Grandma's Garden is a book and a metaphor that is very dear to my heart. How intuitive that you would chose the name. What does moderating involve? I am interested.

Much Love
