Dealing with Group Work

Our project is made of dream and inspiration of a group of people. We were excited to talk about it and find ways to raise fund to support the expendture. We have general meeting every week to keep update information. Everyone contributes their effort physically and mentally. We hope that the project will lead to through great experience in working as a team. We share common dream and find alternatives to reach our goal.
However, white turn into black. Everything is unclear and we have some arguements which its solution is not found yet because each part has their own reason to come up with thier own decision. We have to respect other people decision-making. Therefore, it is hard for us to come up with compromising method to bring our group together.
Even though, I am not one of them, but I am also affected by thier arguement. Not only me, but also the rest of the people in the team also feel the same thing. I have written everything above because I want all my friends and committy members to give me some suggested solutions. Thanks in advance!

Dear Jade,
The project is about doing survey in our home country about education. This project needs at least $ 880 which is a lot amount to money for us as students. Therefore, we think of raising fund. But someone of us thought that if the fund that we are trying to raise is not enough we can pay our own pockets. However, some of the members are not agree with this idea because they do not have money, instead they spend their parents' money. For me is the same thing!
On thing last night, the conflict has been solved but the budget problem is remain the same.
