Introducing myself and my journal: Intertwinned

About Me:
Interested in seeing what this relatively new technology, the internet, has to offer in order to empower the voice of women and children on the world stage. Too much suffering! We need to coordinate actions to influence politics to effectively dedicate resources towards constructive efforts (food, housing, heatlh, education, peace) and away from the formidable war industrial complex.

My Passions:

My Challenges:
Take the first step

My Vision for the Future:
A long term perspective to bring peace and compassion into the world

My Areas of Expertise:
Organic farming

Welcome to PulseWire!

We are thrilled to have you as a new member in our thriving community of women who are lifting their voices in the name of empowerment and connecting across borders to make positive change for women everywhere! We are eager to learn more about you so that we can connect you with members who have similar interests or focus areas, and direct you to groups where you can join the solutions-driven dialogue on specific issues and subjects.

I encourage you to post a picture of yourself, or a symbol that has meaning to you and tell us about yourself in your profile. A generous profile will contribute greatly to your personal networking and community building efforts. From there we can guide you through the website and assist you in making the most of your PulseWire experience.

This is a safe space for women to share, connect, learn, support and grow in the empowerment process together. WELCOME!

Warm regards,

Hello there, farmer!

Welcome to PulseWire!

I'm thrilled you're here to take your part in a community putting resources in action toward peaceful solutions. There are quite a few success stories out there when we know where to look for them-- you've come to the right place.

I'm also excited to see "organic farming" as an area of expertise! I just briefly browsed your website and look forward to reading more from your perspective on PulseWire. Having just completed a PDC, I am interested in Permaculture as a development model at many scales, starting in my own backyard, and am thrilled to see you offering that as part of your LEFD-Program. I invite you to post any gems of wisdom you might have to offer the community-- remember to start small! :-)

Also, you might be interested in the new My Story program from World Pulse. The magazine is seeking 250-word, personal stories on the topic "Land." I'm sure you might have something interesting to say about that topic based on the work you do. You can visit the program page for more details: My Story.

Once again, welcome.
In Peace,

Scott Beck
