New Group:Listen To Your Own Pulse: Tools for Balance and Self-care:

I just started a discussion group called Listen To Your Own Pulse: Tools for Balance and Self-care. Please join;
we will share ideas, dilemmas, and solutions regarding balance and self-care for activists. We will discuss potential methods of personal and cultural healing amid work/personal life burnout, racism, sexism, post/colonialism, and mind/body splits. Our goal is to heal personal/local/global divisions.

Site techies: How do I move my previous posts into this group without re-posting to the VoicesRising page?

Thank you!

Thanks for starting this great group, Julie! I'm excited to see what develops.

In terms of moving those posts over the group w/o posting to VoicesRising—that's a good question! I'll ask around and get back to you.

Happy New Year!
