Recruitment is Necessary

Before this Community goes public the Beta phase must be completed. Participtation of members must show on-going activity.

The motiviation to aid in the cause is augmented by a community spirit as people get to know one another.

Since people in Beta come and go rapidly recruitment is necessary. Members of PulseWire should join FaceBook, MySpace and so forth to look for possible recruits. By looking at Profiles in these social spaces, possible recruits can be contacted.

Everyone should be involved in recruitment.

Wikis Should Result from Discussions

Just recently I began to use a wiki from www.pbwiki.com. Without a change in cost, I am able to make as many wikis as I want.

The fruit of our discussions should be organized as a wiki. I find it very difficult to glean material from the discussions we are having now. A wiki would be an ideal place. In the wiki there is also a search function.

On my Journal, I propose that we design a wiki on gender issues.
