Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I am a poet, novelist, philosopher, on and off journalist and perpetual student :-) I love ideas and the magic of words and i try to use them as a thread to sew and re-piece humanity back together. Words create images which then create reality. I like reading and talking to friends, laughing, listening to good music and mulling about what it means to be alive. I believe in love, angels, miracles and that life is basically good. I am a young emerging African leader and a part of the movement that is working to make Africa great and ensure all its people have dignity and good standards of living. I am looking forward to a united Africa in my life time, an Africa that can make more grand contributions to the world. I feel the dream of Marcus Garvey, Kwame Nkrumah and Julius Nyerere among others. I believe this dream will come true.

My Passions:
Reading, writing, poetry

My Vision for the Future:
A prosperous and just united Africa, a more humane world

My Areas of Expertise:
Creative writing, Literature, Art

Welcome

Hello Kingwa,

I too am a perpetual student - while I may not always be studying formally - I am always learning. I think it is such a valuable part of life - to study and learn.

I have no doubt you will enjoy discovering and discussing many topics here on PulseWire.

Best wishes,

Katie

Hi Katie

Hi Katie!

Thanks for the welcome :-) Yes, life is all about living and learning from day to day. Because if we did not learn from our pasts we would grow mad with the futility of it all i think. I look forward to sampling all world pulse has to offer, a couple of my friends told me about it. Best wishes in your work.
