offer summary

I posted an offer and the display looks odd - there isn't much information in the summary and there are 2 lines that start "Link :" the first is just text, the second is actually a link. Am I doing something wrong. This doesn't seem like a good use of the limited space available.

Did a little checking

Hi Valerie. Thanks for posting your offer. I am a member of the help team and just did some checking of your post.

I know what you mean about the unexpanded posts. That allows a long list of linke to appear on the right. I just try to make the beginning of the post very short so it will fit in the small space.

I especially looked under the right side-bar labeled "Group Journal" in RED. Putting my mouse on top of the lable "Group Journal" no underline appeared so I knew it was not a link.

Below that was a red version of the title of your post. This was clickable since the underlined appeared on mouseover. That went to your post.

Below that was a white version of the contents of your post with a tiny red double bracket. The bracket is very small. That also serves as a way to your post but is not usually used for that purpose.

That little red bracket will give the actual link to your post if you RIGHT click it. That gives the URL that can be used as an outside reference from another website.

Everything looks fine. The right sidebar keeps saving posts you make so they will appear one on top of the other and scrolls down as more posts are made.

Not sure how this is used

Hello. I'm not sure who is posting or what is getting posted. I'm not sure how this is all being used. I'm green with regard to these mechanisms, but if I'm a member, I should get to know more about processes and uses. Can someone help?
