mentoring/coaching partnerships

I propose a program of virtual mentoring/coaching. Interested participates could put up their request for mentoring in a designated space on Pulsewire. Other members could view the listed requests and offer to serve as a mentor based on a preset agreement (ie. 1 email a week for 3 months, Skype call, etc.) Perhaps, some options and perameters could be suggested by the Pulsewire team or advisors or a professional coach could be tapped to help shape the program. Requests for mentoring should be as specific as possible (ie. request for support in fundraising). As such, members with skills in that specific area could self select. As appropriate, the volunteer mentor should also identify an area where they could use some support in the hopes that the mentorship relationship become collaborative. Among other benefits, this program would facilitate skills development, networking and collaboration.
