PulseWire Member Blogs

PulseWire member Gene (Eugene Frank) has a very nice blog that I want to share:

Marianist Resources

Do you have a blog outside of Pulsewire you want to share?

I would love to create some kind of "blog ring", maybe a list of all of the blogs outside of PulseWire that hard written by members.

I love blogs!

Blogs not bombs

My vision is that PulseWire members can comment on the "outside" blogs. That will drive traffic and increase awareness of all the deeply important causes!

You love blogs, I love blogs! AWESOME!

Lets Share Blog Material

Goldie - As I mentioned in another location, I don't want to allow comments on my blog because of its purpose BUT

If anyone sees a post they like they are free to cut and past the entire entry or part of the entry and put it on Pulsewire for discussion.

A blog takes work. My home page, iGoogle is full of RSS feeds which look at every morning. At first I had nothing to blog about and nothing to say and got discouraged. Got discuraged many times in fact. Right now there is plenty to do especially experimenting with FaceBook and discovering Pulsewire.

Thank you Gene!

Blogs do take work! RSS Feeds CHANGED MY LIFE! I love my Google Reader.

If you have the time I would you mind stopping by the Web 2.0 Training: "Social" Media for Social Change group (click on 'view' next to group journal to see topics)?

You are a living testament to what internet tools have to offer.

I would love it if you got a chance to comment on any of the topics AND/OR start your own discussion.

There are many people who have yet to experience the power of internet tools. I hope to help as many people as possible learn about blogs and RSS Feeds....

Also, don't forget that there is a place to display "other sites I like" on your personal profile.

To display your favorite links, including your off-site blogs, visit "edit profile" and then "click here to edit additional information."

That way your links will be visible for the whole community.

cheers!

More thoughts on Blogs

I have just come from visiting Brian's page. I was very pleased that he wrote about Google. Previously I had read your request to him to do that. My life is being lived more and more on Google and its widgets.

As I read member pages, links are often given. Today I visited Maria Jett's journal. She recommended two sites about the history of World Pulse. I love the history of things. Knowing the history of something gives me a better grasp of its nature.

Everywhere there are blogs. I like very much your idea of assembling them. It looks like quite a job but it would be worth it. Perhaps you could start with a list of the blogs of PulseWire.

If I am correct, these are special blogs which cannot be accessed out of the PulseWire environment. Is that correct?
