I'm curious to hear your thoughts. How effective do you think this mobile technology will be in helping communities access local resources? How popular are cell phones in villages, and will people be able to look at cell phones as an economic resource and not just a way to talk to family and friends? Are cell phones already being used in this way?

Dear Rachel,
I think if the mobile phone is affordable I assure you it will bring revolution to Unganda's poor. They can stay in their home and know the price of the market by a call. Isn't that wonderful?
