About Me:
Hi all you amazing women. It is wonderful to be part of this journey with you as a mentor. Its almost hard to believe - me as a mentor! But I know what that really means - I will learn just as much as you all will! Isn't that what life is all about? I have been a very lucky person in so many ways. I have a job I love, working at a university and I work on the ocean and with fishermen. Its a special world - full of the wonder of marine life; the excitement of diving or being on a boat and feeling so small in a large ocean; facing the enormous challenges of feeding the world if we can figure out how to catch only the fish we want and do it sustainably - and being part of the emotional debate of the balance between utilization and conservation.

I have taken an amazing journey to get here - with you. I started working with Gail about 6 years ago in her Spiritual Grace Program (Circle of Compassion) and have taken the Empowerment Training with Gail and David. Words cannot express the million of miles I have traveled with them. So deep within - that really gives me the courage and clarity to be and to make my unique contribution. Not to say that I have it all figured out that is for sure. Looking forward to learning more about everyone and especially my mentee - Gifty. Love, Kathy
