Oh Brian you just gave me permission to USE MY VOICE UP IN HERE!
Here's a short list of reason's why I am here on PulseWire:
1. I want my voice heard.
2. I want to educate people.
3. I want to learn.
4. I want to be a part of something greater than myself.
One of my life long dreams:
To have my talent and passion utilized by (and for) people I respect and admire.
This is not a joke nor an exaggeration.
I know there are things I can do to help around here. It's hard to navigate this site (for example: there aren't any notifications for when people leave comments or update their journals SO engaging in a conversation effectively and in a timely matter is hard unless you make a note -- which by the way I don't do because I have grown accustomed to RSS feeds and other such notification systems) and I AM FEARFUL of not fitting in here.
I believe in honesty.
I do not however mistake honesty for ULTIMATE TRUTH.
I like to speak my mind.
I don't often do it in public.
I do it often publicly in person one on one with friends or small groups.
The internet is a safe place for me to practice speaking my mind.
It's how I figure things out.
I know there are rules here. So I won't talk tooooo crazy.
But for reals y'all.
It's taken every ounce of my personal power not to post links to things I think are funny (because in my world humor is ALWAYS helpful) so if you would like to email me and are ready to ride that train I would be honored to share with you, part of my joy.
I am learning how to interact in a brand new online community. And it's weird! :-)
And I love it.

The answer to you last question is yes,
I would love to start a conversation pertaining to google and web 2.0!
Brian rules it!
I look forward to hearing what you have to say about Google. You might not know but I love Google. I haven't quite looked at them with anything other than fogged up rose-tinted glasses... I guess Google and I are still in our honeymoon phase!
