Feeling Inspired

I was looking through the Op-Ed Project site and think it is very inspiring.

And what i enjoyed looking at: "Arguments that changed the world"

I look forward to seeing our first assignment! Has anyone thought about the "bring 5 woman to Pulsewire" idea yet? I was thinking of going to the Native program and shelter that we first went to and explain my mission and work from there. I think it really does help to meet people who have been through what you have been through and to know that however impossible it seems it does get better.

I heard from my Mentor, a very nice lady. has anyone written their yet?

Hi Maria,
I am little busy with my study so I am not as active as those days. We have only 20 days to finish our course and also our further scholarship depends on this. I also got letter from my mentor and she is also fasinated about this program. Immediately after receiving her letter, I mail her and thanks her. yesterday, I got a reply from her.

As I am little busy, I was able to inspire only one friend. Many friends are interested but curently this is our final term so I believe they will join after 20 days.

With Love and Regards

Op-Ed site- very interesting

Thanks for the direct to the Op-Ed site....last night I was reading the NY Times. I was thinking how much I like to read their Op-Ed page and that the diversity of writers is surely lacking. As I read this paper, I often think the writing is stellar, but the viewpoints need expanding. I am thrilled to see this organization that is teaching women to write Op-Ed pieces. Getting the heads up as to what's happening in the world, is one of the many things I enjoy about World Pulse- thanks for letting us know.

I really liked Gloria

I really liked Gloria Steinman's article! It was hilarious and kind-off scary!:)

It's a great website . I agree with Laura, I think the NY times fits in this category!

that is a great page, and I added it to my favorites too

My friends are getting exited about world pulse too

But more that that I am planning a project and hope that World Pulse will be it's mother land :)
