Sotokoto safari marathon-running wild!

dsc01406.JPGIf you do love out doors-you got to love sotokoto safari marathon.The race start off inside Nairobi national park and end there.The trail is so lovely and fun feeling.Where else do you run as you enjoy a full view of wild animals,as they sway their tails lazily as if to arge you to push on and on? Where else do you run with thousands of rangers all set at strategic places to protect you? Waoh that was a noble bush feel.but you have to brave the hills and heat of the day.
To make you more green,this was to me a training view and feel.Iam about to experience a real game marathon.Safaricom Lewa marathon where you run all through in a national park.Last year the marathon was ten minute behind shedule as two elephants arrogantly insisted to be part of participants and not spectators.
sole sistas ,time is now.We got to run ,we got to do what we love best .We got to get that addiction-its better than anything else you know of :) yeah I mean its the only fun filled event,which come with torture,smiles and blessings.

He lovely-you look so different without Jona!! more of a baby.ha! guess you are running too much.Keep it on! by the way that post was on my two oceans run (Cape Town) not sotokoto (Nairobi) -your buddie confused.Guess she had not read my earier posts.But anyway its the same legs body and mind used on both runs.Thanks for yor kind loving words.We are going places.I cant wait to see our final destination.

Yeay the bush marathon is just total fun-but you got to pay for it.The trail is full of hills and more hills,and the heat ouch! its so hot it pains.The scenery is mavelous,and it can not be complete without the elephants and lions around to cheer you! I guess they are warned before,because they never strike,but just stare.Its a must do run before you die-get ready for it!
