World Pulse to Shine Spotlight on Newborn Health in Ethiopia

World Pulse Managing Editor Corine Milano joins a select group of nine U.S. journalists who are reporting on newborn and maternal health in Ethiopia with the International Reporting Project. The two-week long reporting trip (June 14-27) examines Ethiopia's efforts to prevent newborn deaths, and provides an overview of maternal and child health, immunizations, nutrition, communicable diseases, and health care provision. World Pulse Community Cries Out #BringBackOurGirls

Almost one month after over 200 schoolgirls were abducted in Chibok, Nigeria, most of the girls remain missing.

World Pulse members in and outside of Nigeria have been logging on to express their anguish, voice their fears, and urge action.
