Studying my environment,I have seen that most women are talented and possess high spirit to achieve something great in life but due to the challenges of marriage and child bearing and upbringing and financial inadequacies'they are de barred from pursuing their dreams, some try but not to fruition. Globally women need support because they possess the capability to solve global challenges, this is because their nature is unique, from their physical beauty and endownment to their sweet comforting and assuring voice and mind, especially because they are care givers, mothers to children, company to their hubbies, counsellors to their womenfolk and ofcourse smart thinkers to tackle issues. Women need total support to bring their dreams and talents into reality no doubt and with World Pulse,I believe I and all women will get there! Dedication, hard work and ofcourse support is the key.

Congrats Lynn Syms Prize in Partnership with Sculptor and Philanthropist Lynn Syms. It is a bright idea considering the grassroots Women and Visionary voice using digital tools to effect change and advance her Community.

As my sister above (Sanni) has declared that most Community Leaders women are talented they are those who have volunteered for years and never tire to assist their poor Community and some requirements that the Lynn and Syms Prize are demanding the Poor leaders at the grassroots level they cannot afford. So, they are left out when such Opportunity like this one, the rich and those who are known as Community Leaders but they are not at the Community grassroots level are the ones who benefit.

Kindly, consider when you mention Women at the grassroots level at the slums or middle class they are jobless. It is only that at the mercy of her Community, one is dedicated without any pay for the development of her Area. For example, when a defiled girl is brought to you by (well wishers) GOD fearing. One goes out of her way to safe the life of such a kid. Later on, the parents finds you in hospital (safer hands of the Community leader at the grassroots level.

So, if you for the first time in History if you start by helping those at the grassroots level, life will be very much easier for the slum dwellers. Whenever there is a problem the community runs to the house of those Community Leaders at the Grassroots level they are the ones who saves them.

Please I request the Directors and Organizers to consider all these.

GOD Bless you all. Amen
